At Carlsbad Open MRI, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a noninvasive procedure that shows specific images of the body. Getting an MRI can feel scary at times, but the technologists at Carlsbad Open MRI will be there to help you see that this process can be a breeze and not intimidating at all.

MRI allows more targeted tissue imaging and shows greater contrast than X-Ray or CT scans.  MRI is an effective procedure used for all body parts and for clinical evaluation of certain injuries, disorders, and diseases.  Patients do not need to have any special preparations; you can go about your normal daily routine.

Our Open MRI technology helps put patients at ease, especially those suffering from claustrophobia
