Tater Tot Casserole
Are one of your New Year’s Resolutions to maybe cook more? Stay healthy by eating at home? We want to make that as easy (and delicious) as possible. So this week, we’re bringing you a new recipe: Tater Tot Casserole.
For this delicious meal, you’ll need:
1 Bag of Tater Tots
2 Cans of Cream of Chicken
1 Cup of Sour Cream OR ½ Cup of Sour Cream and ½ Cup of Nonfat, Plain Yogurt
2 Cups of Cheese
Garlic Salt for Taste
1 Pound of Cooked, Diced Ham OR 1 Pound of Hamburger
All you need to do is…
1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
2) Crumble the entire bag of tater tots
3) Add the cream of chicken, sour cream (and yogurt, if used), 1 cup of cheese, and garlic salt to the tater tots.
4) Add mean of choice.
5) Add remaining cheese on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
